Huntly Street, Inverness was previously a cinema and required a complex series of enabling works to facilitate the subsequent development of a new 100 bed hotel. Situated in the local conservation area, the development utilised local stone within the proposals to ensure a sympathetic design solution. The asset was developed for Premier Inn with contracting partner Ogilvie Construction.
