Managing Director

Richard is the founder of ATK Property Group. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1995, Richard worked for 7 years with a leading UK Property Company advising a range of blue chip clients on all aspects of commercial development. He then joined Ardmuir Property where he was successful in growing a £100m portfolio in the PBSA and Hotel sectors with key development partners including Whitbread Premier Inn, Travelodge, University of Aberdeen, Robert Gordon University and Abertay University alongside long term funding partner RBS.
